Where it started
Two burned-out endurance athletes rented a farmhouse, invited eight friends, and locked everyone's phones in a toolbox. The week worked so well it became a company.
Where we are now
Three locations, a permanent coaching team of four, and a waiting list we're genuinely sorry about. We keep groups at twelve because that's the number where nobody hides.
